What you need
to know before Day 1.
Clear scope, clear ownership, and clear payment terms—before we build anything together.
01What exactly do we build in three days?
We design and install a minimum viable AI team around one real business. You leave with up to three defined AI roles, one shared business context, one tested workflow, and the operating documentation needed to keep the system accurate and useful.
02What is not included?
The sprint does not include custom software or API development, ongoing content production, permanent management of your AI tools, or unrestricted automation between platforms. You purchase and control your own AI subscriptions, operate your own accounts, and never share passwords with us.
03What happens after the sprint?
You leave with a 30-Day Adoption Plan and everything needed to operate the system independently. Founding clients also receive one 30-minute follow-up session to review real usage and repair one high-impact issue. If you want continued implementation, additional workflows, or ongoing strategic support, we can design a separate engagement around what your business needs next.
04Is the free audit required?
The free audit is not a hard requirement, but we strongly recommend completing it first—regardless of how ready you feel. It gives you a useful baseline and makes any later 1:1 conversation more focused. You may still book a call or apply directly if your situation is already clear.
05Is the 1:1 call required?
Yes, before a sprint is accepted. The call gives both sides a chance to confirm the business problem, the priority workflow, and whether the three-day scope is appropriate. If you proceed with the sprint within seven days, the call fee is credited toward your sprint payment.
06Can I pay in installments?
Yes. You may pay in full or in two equal installments. The first installment reserves your sprint and begins the preparation work. The second is due 48 hours before Day 1. There is no additional installment fee.
07Can I get a refund?
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your first payment. After that period, the first installment becomes non-refundable because the work is customized and preparation begins before Day 1. Once Day 1 begins, payments are non-refundable. If Glomadic determines that the agreed sprint cannot be delivered within scope, we will stop the engagement and refund the undelivered portion. One complimentary reschedule is available with at least seven days’ notice. Full payment, refund, and rescheduling terms are confirmed in writing before payment.
